I would like this to be broken down by each individual item with description and cost e.g. carpet -£X.
Please also provide design drawings for this space.
If this work was undertaken by any third parties, I would like to know the total costs payable to them as well.

The pilot shared space project delivered in St Andrew’s House formed part of our aims to address accessibility issues in the building as part of meeting our legislative requirements, and provides shared workspace to maximise the use of the building.
The costs to undertake this work are detailed below:
SAH Pilot Project - Cost Breakdown Professional Fees Principal Designer, Architectural Services, M&E Consultants, Structural Engineer and Quantity Surveyor Total £76,499.43 Project Costs Description Contractor Preliminaries Site specific contractor overheads and profit £64,781.94 Strip Out/Downtakings Strip out and downtaking works, including removal of previous furniture. £24,522.21 Wall Finishes Decoration works to walls including acoustic panelling. £20,020.80 Floor Finishes Floor coverings, including preparation and underlays. Modifications to raised access floor. £47,974.01 Ceiling Finishes Decoration works to ceilings. £13,062.51 Fittings, Furniture & Equipment Accessible kitchen, light fixtures, acoustic curtain, signage, IT peripherals, desking, breakout furniture, collaboration furniture, pods, accessible pods. £367,658.59 Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Electrical upgrades, floorbox upgrades, data cabling, plumbing alterations, lighting, CO2 monitor, auto doors, fire alarm modifications £123,544.48 Total £661,564.54 Total Project Cost - Exc VAT £738,063.97

The works were managed and delivered by Scottish Government’s Facilities Management Framework Contractor, Mite and the total costs paid to Mitie are broken down above.
