Please note that Mr Logan has received significantly lower remuneration than the reported maximum value of the contract.
Please also note that Mr Logan routinely delivers work for which he is not remunerated. This includes approximately 400 hours on the STER Report and the same again on the Pathways review, for which the Scottish Government was not invoiced.
