The answer to your question is:

Of the £218 billion figure for Scotland's GDP for 2023/24, £178.7 billion relates to Scotland's onshore GVA. The manufacture of alcoholic beverages - spirit, wine and cider contributes £2.75 billion to Scotland's onshore GVA.

This figure just relates to manufacturing the product. There will be additional GVA generated by transportation, wholesale and retail etc.
