According to our finance records, no spend was allocated to delivering unconscious bias training in the financial year 2022/23.

According to our records no staff undertook unconscious bias training in the financial year 2022/23.
Out with this FOI request and for your information: Scottish Government has a mandatory in house inclusive culture training. In 2022/23 2993 staff completed “inclusive culture”, 1728 staff with line management responsibility completed “inclusive leadership and culture” and 91 senior leaders completed “championing an inclusive culture”.
