1. What steps were taken by the Scottish Government in terms of including the entity named PLACE Edinburgh (https://placeedinburgh.org) to join the Short Term Let Working Group.
2. Please provide documents in relation to such due diligence process.
3. Which named members of PLACE Edinburgh have been authorised to participate in the Short Term Let Working Group.
4. Please disclose any personal or working relationships (other than as a participant of Short Term Let Working Group) in relation to any person associated with PLACE Edinburgh and the Scottish Government.
5. Identify any payments, compensation or 'gifting' of any nature been received by PLACE Edinburgh or any of its affiliate members/directors/shareholders from the Scottish Government, acting on a personal or professional capacity.
6. Disclose any known conflict of interests or personal relationship between PLACE Edinburgh and any employee of the Scottish Government or any local authority.
7. Disclose all correspondence (phone, email, personal meetings) held between the Scottish Government and Place Edinburgh since 2019.
