“Any financial records pertaining to the Burgh Halls in Linlithgow, West Lothian. Including any budgets, income and revenue, expenditures, financial statements, accounting records, assets and liabilities, taxation, audits, contracts and agreements, grants and funding, reserves and fund balances, compliance documentation, risk management, policies and procedures, communication. Failing all of the above the first five should suffice from the most recent information you have to the start of the tax year 2022.”
