All correspondence received and sent by the Scottish Government that mentions Andy Burnham, or is from/to Andy Burnham, plus minutes or briefings which mention him, from the last three months.
Response
Our aim is to provide information wherever possible and I enclose copies of some of the information you have requested. However, exemptions under sections: 25(1); 29(1)(d); 30(b)(i); 30(c); 38(1)(b); and 41(b) of FOISA apply to some of the information you have requested. Some of these exemptions are subject to the public interest test. Therefore, taking account of all the circumstances of this case, we have considered if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption. We have found that, on balance, the public interest lies in favour of upholding the relevant exemptions.
