I am seeking the April, May, June, July and August updates in relation to the progress on the work on Hull 801 and 802 at Ferguson Marine. To be clear, I am seeking for each of the months, the progress updates to ministers, the CMAL progress report and the Ferguson Marine (Port Glasgow) progress reports, including risk registers.

We have now completed our review of our failure to respond to your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for –
“I am seeking the April, May, June, July and August updates in relation to the progress on the work on Hull 801 and 802 at Ferguson Marine. To be clear, I am seeking for each of the months, the progress updates to ministers, the CMAL progress report and the Ferguson Marine (Port Glasgow) progress reports, including risk registers.”
In accordance with section 21(4) of FOISA, we have also reached a decision on your request.
Please allow us to apologise for the delay and for our failure to respond to your request within the statutory timescale. This was as a result of a high volume of FOISA requests and correspondence.

While our aim is to provide information wherever we can, on this occasion after reviewing the information on a line-by-line basis we are unable to provide you with some of the information you have requested as Section 27(i) Section 30(b)(ii) Section 30(c) and Section 38(1)(b) exemptions under FOISA apply.
