1. All correspondence between the then Finance Minister Kate Forbes and the European Commission in relation to European Structural Investment Funds allocated to Scotland, from 20 May 2021 and the 31 December 2021.
2. All correspondence between the then Business Minister Ivan McKee and the European Commission in relation to European Structural Investment Funds allocated to Scotland, from 20 May 2021 and the 31 December 2021.
3. All correspondence between the then First Minister Nicola Sturgeon and the European Commission in relation to European Structural Investment Funds allocated to Scotland, from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021.
