1. All correspondence between the then Finance Minister Derek Mackay and the European Commission in relation to European Structural Investment Funds allocated to Scotland, from 1 January 2019 and the 5 February 2020.

2. All correspondence between the then Business Minister Jamie Hepburn and the European Commission in relation to European Structural Investment Funds allocated to Scotland, from 1 January 2019 and the 31 December 2019.

3. All correspondence between the then First Minister Nicola Sturgeon and the European Commission in relation to European Structural Investment Funds allocated to Scotland, from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019.

Response
