Please can you provide communication with any Board Member of Scottish Enterprise and Scottish Government to renew tenure?

Please can you provide the shortlist for anyone who will be replacing Board Member of end of tenure due July 2024?
Response
Point 1:
I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested.
An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. This exemption covers the personal data of a third party e.g. names, email addresses and phone numbers. This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
Point 2:
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested as there has been no communication between current Board members and Scottish Government where there is a conflict of interest.
You may be interested to know that, in compliance with the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc (Scotland) Act 2000, Scottish Enterprise’s Code of Conduct for Board members is published on their website, together with the Board members’ Register of Interests.
Point 3:
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested as no individual declined membership to Scottish Enterprise during the last Board member appointment round.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested as there is no shortlist for replacing Board members at the end of July 2024.
