On 15 December 2021, then Minister for Business, Trade, Tourism and Enterprise Ivan McKee made a statement to the Scottish Parliament about a potential breach of EU state aid involving Dalzell and Clydebridge Steelworks, saying he would ask the UK Government to refer the matter to the European Commission.

Please supply all items of information in the most recent briefing about this matter which was shared with the minister(s) responsible for it.
