Please provide all Programme Board agendas and minutes, documents and papers provided to the Programme Board at or before meetings, including all item papers, in 2023.

Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under sections s.27(1) (allows public authorities to refuse to disclose information if they already plan to publish it within the next 12 weeks), s.30(b)(ii) (free and frank exchange of views for the purposes of deliberation) and s.39(1) (that the disclosure of information would, or would likely to, endanger the physical or mental health or the safety of a group or an individual) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why these exemptions applies are explained in the Annex A, B and C attached to this letter.
