While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested regarding whether the Scottish Government's affiliated bodies have engaged the services of or made payments to the organisations you have listed The reason why we don't have the information is because the Scottish Government's Accounts Payable Branch does not process affiliated bodies' ledgers.
