Response

1. Could you please provide evidence of internal reviews of the ERP Business Case prior to making the decision to procure professional services and Oracle Fusion software in 2022?

The Outline Business Case, and Final Business case went through many iterations, as tracked in the version control table attached. In addition to this there were many micro changes, edits made by colleagues and stakeholders, and edits to accommodate feedback given verbally at and during leadership meetings where the business case was discussed. The business case was reviewed by many senior government officials.

2. Can you also confirm the expected expenditure for the ERP/shared services programme as per the original business case?

£26m (including VAT)

3. And finally confirm the forecast likely expenditure on the ERP/shared services programme?
