Information requested

I write requesting the information under the Freedom of Information Scotland Act (“FOISA”):

1. All letters from the First Minister to the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom which regards independence of Scotland from the UK.

2. The responses to the letters from the PM.

To narrow down my request this should be from 29/03/2023 - 29/04/2024.

Response

Within the timescale of your request, one letter was sent from the former First Minister, Mr. Yousaf, to the Prime Minister which gave reference to the Scottish Government’s position on an independence referendum amongst other matters. This letter was sent on 6 April 2023, and has previously been published by the Scottish Government. Please see the link below for further details.
