Social Listening - Brandwatch Media monitoring - Onclusive
Request for information 7: Social listening is incorporated into the cost above of £13,066 excluding VAT.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Social Security Scotland does not have some of the information you have requested.
This is because whilst we pay £3,000 excluding VAT for use of Onclusive media monitoring annually, further costs are incurred dependant on the volume of media coverage. This varies month by month.
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that Social Security Scotland does not have the information you have requested.
