Information requested
I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information for the Project: Project Name: Internet of Things Reference number: 2023/S 000-005507 Link: https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/005507-2023?origin=SearchResults&p=1
Copy of successful tender – we want this information under freedom of Information act 2000 Scoring table of all bidders, split by scores awarded for each question of bid Price/Cost Proposed by each Bidder – we want this information for all the bidders who submitted the response. Name of the Winning Bidder. Name & Rank of all bidders who submitted responses. Approximate date that the tender will be reissued towards the end of the current contract period.

Q1 & 2. The Internet of Things arrangement is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). As such, there is no invitation to tender or tender responses required or scoring tables broken down by question when establishing the DPS. Further information on the application process can be found on the dedicated webpage as below: https://www.gov.scot/publications/internet-of-things-iot-technologies-and-services-dynamic-purchasingsystem/.
Q3. There are no prices submitted by suppliers when applying to join the DPS. Further information can be found at the link at the response to Q1 & 2.
Q4. There is no single winning bidder. Suppliers can apply to join the DPS at any time whilst it is live and there is no limit to the number of suppliers that can be on the DPS. The current supplier list can be found on our website at the link at the response to Q1 & 2.
Q5. There is no ranking of suppliers on the DPS.
Q6. No decision has been taken on whether the DPS will be relet and a review is likely to be carried out in the next few months. If the decision is taken to relet the Internet of Things requirement, the opportunity will be advertised in Public Contracts Scotland, https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/.
