What are the current pay scales of the Director of Brussels and Deputy Director of Brussels in the Brussels international office?

SCS pay is reserved to the UK Government and managed by the Cabinet Office and is not delegated to Scottish Ministers. The broad SCS pay ranges set by the UK Government for these grades can be found at the following link - Practitioner Guidance on the 2023/24 Senior Civil Service Pay Framework (HTML) - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk). Within the Scottish Government we have adopted the following pay ranges for SCS1 (Deputy Director) and SCS2 (Director) roles that sit within each of those broader ranges.
SCS 1 – Deputy Director £86,398 - £89,888 SCS 2 - Director £103,231 - £111,741
