Information requested

You asked for us to provide the agenda, list of organisations and individuals invited, and briefing materials for the Planning resources workshop which took place on 20 November.

Response

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption(s) under section s.38 (1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why that exemption applies are explained below.

An exemption(s) under section s.38 (1)(b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. The names and other personal information of people invited and those who have attended have been redacted as to ensure the individuals are not identifiable. However, the names of the organisations and the members representing them have been disclosed.

This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption. We have also provided the summary of the discussions from the resourcing workshop which was circulated to attendees and published online.
