Could you supply me with how many working days Cabinet Secretary for Constitution, External Affairs and Culture has spent in Scotland and how many days he has spent outwith Scotland on government business in 2023.
Response
The Cabinet Secretary for Constitution, External Affairs and Culture spent 39 working days outwith Scotland on government business in 2023. There were 260 working days in 2023 therefore the Cabinet Secretary spent the remainder in Scotland, notwithstanding any annual leave or public and privilege holidays.
