Correspondence regarding Climate Challenge Fund: EIR release
Information requested
Any agreements or legal documents between the Scottish Government and Keep Scotland Beautiful in relation KSB’s administration of the Climate Challenge Fund; and all correspondence between the Scottish Government and Keep Scotland Beautiful in relation to the agreement of the administration of the Climate Challenge Fund ending.

As the information you have requested is ‘environmental information’ for the purposes of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (EIRs), we are required to deal with your request under those Regulations. We are applying the exemption at section 39(2) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA), so that we do not also have to deal with your request under FOISA.
I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested. As your interest is in the Al-Mahdi projects, I have included the contracts and grant offer letters that we have on file from 2014 onwards. I have not included earlier contracts but we can release these if required. Personal data and commercially sensitive data has been redacted.
