Response
Hootsuite Contract start date – 27 July 2020. Contract duration is 2 years with optional 2 x 1 year extensions. SAAS are currently in the first year of the 2-year optional extension. Please note however that the future management of our Social Media channels forms part of a wider Invitation to Tender which will shortly be issued for a new Omni Channel Contact Centre Solution for SAAS. The expected start date for this will be around end 2023. Initial contract spend covering 2 years from July 2020- July 2022 (excluding VAT) - £31,250 (£15,625 per annum) First year extension spend covering July 2022- July 2023 (excluding VAT) - £9,537. Our Head of IT Service Delivery manages the approval of any contract extensions and the day to day maintenance and support of the contract with input from SAAS Head of Communications.
