Can The Scottish Government provide a list of the names of the organisations that procured their Microsoft Enterprise Agreement via the Software Value Added Reseller Framework (ref: NP5016/17 ) managed by Softcat between 18 June 2018 and 30 April 2023, and what dates the applicable Enterprise Agreements expire per organisation? Can The Scottish Government provide a list of the names of the organisations that have procured their Microsoft Enterprise Agreement via the software value added reseller services framework (ref: SP-21-034) managed by Computacenter from 01 May 2023 to the current date, and what dates the applicable Enterprise Agreements expire per organisation?

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. Scottish Government hold information on the organisation names that have purchased Microsoft products through the Software Value Added Reseller framework and Software Value Added Reseller Services Framework. However the data you have requested relating to Enterprise Agreements is owned by the individual organisations. We do not hold the full data and I am unable to release the partial data without the permission of the individual organisations, and furthermore unable to secure the necessary permissions within the permitted timescales of responding to your request.
Therefore, I have enclosed a list of organisation names that have a spend on Microsoft products.
