Refresher training in data protection: FOI release

Information requested

The ICO has published information about a consensual data protection audit. The ICO has advised that there is good practice including good refresher training for all staff. Can you please disclose a copy of your refresher training?

Response

A copy of the information you requested is attached. This training module has been in place since March 2018 and must be undertaken yearly by all core Scottish Government staff.
