Information requested
An Excel spreadsheet with agency spend by the organisation across the Interim IT Staff Framework between 1st April 2022 – 31st March 2023. Spend from the Interim IT Staff Framework – not the Interim Professional Staff Services Framework. Could you break down the spend within Scottish Government by providing the spend by Director or business unit. For example, Digital Directorate, iTECS, Social Security Scotland etc.
Response
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reason why we don't have some of the information requested is because we do not hold information on any spend with Spring Technologies on the second generation Interim IT Staff Services Framework for this period. Additionally, we do not hold details of spend under this Framework, broken down by Scottish Government Director or Business Unit.
We enclose a copy of the information held in the attached Annex.
