Information about the AECS for Muirburn & Heather Cutting, received by Tulchan Sporting Estates Limited, roughly around 2016-2021. Please provide:
Copies of annual reports submitted by Tulchan Sporting Estates as evidence of having fulfilled the muirburn subsidy requirements, including any maps, attachments or spatial data submitted with the report; Any other information held on Tulchan Sporting Estates in relation to muirburn, including emails, meeting notes, monitoring reports, maps, photographs, receipts, and contracts.

A copy of some of the information you requested in the format you asked for is attached.
A number of the documents associated with the Tulchan Sporting Estates Ltd AECS contain personal data which is protected under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and therefore not releasable.
I have also removed reference to financial information and other elements of the business’s AECS contract which are not within the scope of your enquiry.
I have not been able to include the associated maps in my response as these were provided by Tulchan Sporting Estates Ltd’s agent who holds the copyright for them.
