The FMQs you have requested in the first part of your request are being withheld under an exemption under section 30(b)(i) which covers substantial inhibition of free and frank provision of advice. An exemption under section 30(b)(i) which covers substantial inhibition of free and frank provision of advice has been applied to background material supplied on the Urgent Question.
