I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested.

Exemption(s) under section(s) s.30(b)(1), s.30(b)(ii), s.33(1)(b) and s.38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. The reason these exemptions have been applied are as follows:

s.30(a)(i) which is with regard to the free and frank exchange of advice with a Ministers' Private Office where the release of this information will inhibit such free and frank exchanges in the future. s.30(b)(ii) which is with regard to the free and frank exchange of views between staff either internally within The Scottish Government or with its Enterprise and Skills bodies where the release of this information would inhibit such free and frank exchanges in the future. s.33(1)(b) which is with regard to the commercial interest of businesses involved in the meeting (Diligenta and Tata Consultancy Services) where release of the information would be likely to prejudice or affect to operation of the business. s.38(1)(b) which is with regard to data of more junior staff employed by The Scottish Government or its Enterprise and Skills Bodies.
