I refer to the "cost over-runs" annex of the Affordable Housing Supply Programme (AHSP): process and procedures MHDGN. How many cost over-run claims have been approved in the year July 2022 - June 2023 and what has been the total value of the approved claims?

Response

During the period July 2022 to June 2023, there were a total of 12 cost overrun claims approved, with a total value of £3,041,136.95.
