Information requested

Copies of communications both internally, and externally between the Scottish Government, NHS Ayrshire and Arran and/or the Scottish Health Council about the transfer of ICU beds from Ayr to Crosshouse hospital. A list of all services that have been transferred, whether on a temporary or permanent basis since January 2023. A list of further services that are being considered for transfer from Ayr to Crosshouse hospital in the next three years. Copies of communications between NHS Ayrshire and Arran and the Scottish Government on service changes, not including ICU since January 2022.

An exemption(s) under section(s) s.30(b)(ii) and s.38(1) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. Section 30(b)(ii) is an exemption that protects the free and frank provision of advice, and section 38(1) is an exemption that limits the release of third party data if this were to contravene the UK General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
