Building a new Scotland marketing video: FOI release

My FOI request concerns the video which was published on the @scotgov Twitter account on Friday 28 October 2022 at 5pm, here: twitter.com/scotgov/status/1586025147785527307 and it relates also to the Scottish Government department behind the creation of this video.
The video references a written and video project called "Building a New Scotland" which has a webpage at www.gov.scot/newscotland/
Please can you tell me:
Which department of the Scottish Government produced this particular video? How much did it cost overall to produce this particular video? Which department of the Scottish Government is creating the "Building a New Scotland" project? What is the annual budget for the department which is creating this "Building a New Scotland" project? Where does the money come from, at source, to fund this department which is creating this "Building a New Scotland" project? By "at source" is meant "originally"; for example, does it come from Scottish taxpayer income, British taxpayer income, Barnett Formula income, UK Government grant, or whatever?

This video was produced by the Communications Division in Scottish Government. There has been no spend on producing this video. All social media content in relation to independence has been created in-house by Scottish Government staff as part of their role in communicating government policy.. The work to prepare the Building a New Scotland prospectus series is being co-ordinated by the Constitutional Futures Division within the Scottish Government’s Constitution and Cabinet Directorate. The Constitutional Futures Division does not have a divisional budget line, it operates within the overall Directorate budget. This is a formal notice under Section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The Scottish Government’s funding and expenditure streams are published in the annual Scottish Budget, and any changes set out in Budget Revisions.
