A copy of the whole report or submission that was put to the Minister on, or around 10 October 2022 regarding the reappointment of members to the Board of the Cairngorms National Park Authority.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because of the following exemptions: section 38 (1)(a) personal data and section 38 (1)(b) personal data of a third party, the disclosure of which would contravene data protection principles of FOISA applies to this information, section 30 (b)(i) and section 30 (b)(ii) free and frank exchange of views for the purposes of advice and deliberation.
The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in the Annex to this letter.
