I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested attached. Some information has been redacted due to small numbers (between 1 and 4 individuals) and is represented by [c] in the attached spreadsheet.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. Historic data on the headcount of current employees by religion is not available, as this is management information from a live system. If you wish to get the current breakdown of religion among staff (subject to disclosure control where necessary), please submit another Freedom of Information request.
