Information requested

In a previous FOI response the Scottish Government revealed the amount of money allocated to alcohol and drug services from 2008-2020. Based on that information, I am looking for the following information through FOI legislation.

The amount of money allocated purely to drug services in the last 8 financial years to present. A breakdown for each financial year that shows specifically how that allocated money was spent. In other words, how each allocation of money was split up and spent on specific areas of drug services and drug prevention. Confirmation that for each of the last 8 financial years, the allocation to drug services was spent in its entirety (every penny). Of course I understand that in the current financial year money will yet to be spent.

3. The Scottish Government can confirm the level of budget that has been allocated to drug and/or drug and alcohol services via either grants or via transfer to Health Boards (in the case of ADP allocation). All such grants and Health Board budget allocations are accompanied by a robust monitoring and reporting process to ensure the funding is delivering against the stated objectives.
