Information requested

A copy of invoice TO 21-22-0053 as listed in FOI 202200316811 and a list of all visitors to Bute House for the first four months of 2021, broken down by month. Please also include purpose of visit.

Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.

As per your request we have attached a copy of the invoice associated with work requested on TO 21- 22-0053 for the installation of a television in the security room within the Bute House reception. Also attached is a spreadsheet detailing all visitors to Bute House during April 2021. Their reason for attending was to carry out essential work, including emergency repairs; planned and preventative essential maintenance; and security activity.

An exemption(s) under section(s) section 38(1)(b) (personal data relating to third party) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. We have not provided names of individuals below rank of Senior Civil Service in the Scottish Government or other information which may identify them. This information has been redacted from the invoice.
