While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under s29(1) (d) (operation of any ministerial private office), s.30(b)(i) (provision of free and frank advice), (ii) (provision of free and frank exchange of views) and s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information.
