I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested, Annex A for request 1 and Annex B for request 2

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested at part 1a) because exemptions under the following sections of FOISA applies to that information: sections 29(1)(a) - Formulation/development of government policy; 33(1)(b) - Substantial prejudice to commercial interests; and 33(2)(a) - Substantial prejudice to the economic interests of the UK.
