Response
The answers to your questions are below:
A. Supply Chain Development Programme (SCDP) Steering Group
The first meeting of the SCDP Steering Group was 18 Feb 2021. The group brings together Scottish Government Economic Development and Procurement teams with Scottish Enterprise’s High Value Manufacturing team and Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service, the National Manufacturing Institute of Scotland, Scottish Futures Trust, Scotland Excel and NHS: National Services Scotland. There is no budget associated with this group. The Secretariat function is carried out in-kind within Scottish Government by policy colleagues. No members of this group are remunerated.
B. Vulnerable energy consumers working group
The first meeting of the vulnerable energy consumers working group was 4 July 2023. There were representatives from Advice Direct Scotland, Citizens Advice Scotland, Consumer Scotland, Energy Action Scotland, Poverty Alliance, Fuel Bank Foundation, Energy UK, Inclusion Scotland, Age Scotland, Energy Saving Trust, Scottish Federation of Housing Associations, COSLA, Wise Group and Scottish Care. There is no budget associated with this group. The Secretariat function is carried out in-kind within Scottish Government by policy colleagues. No members of this group are remunerated.
C. Wellbeing Economy Expert Advisory Group
An initial Wellbeing Economy Stakeholder Group met, at the request of the Cabinet Secretary for Wellbeing Economy, Fair Work and Energy, on 4 April 2023 to provide immediate input and advice to the new Government programme. The Cabinet Secretary recommended that this group form the basis of an expert group. The Wellbeing Economy Expert Advisory Group formally met with the Cabinet Secretary for Wellbeing Economy, Fair Work and Energy for the first time on 30 August 2023. Membership includes representatives from the following organisations:
Carnegie UK Trust Wellbeing Economy Alliance (WEAll) Scotland University of Glasgow Glasgow Caledonian University Future Economy Scotland Business in the Community Scottish Council for Development and Industry (SCDI) Scottish Trades Union Congress Convention of Scottish Local Authorities Scotland CAN B Fair Work Convention

D. Wellbeing Economy Governments WEGo
The Wellbeing Economy Governments (WEGo) group was formed on 28 November 2018, at the OECD World Forum in Incheon, South Korea. Officials from the Governments of Scotland, Iceland, New Zealand, Finland and Wales make up the membership of WEGo. Officials from Canada also participate but are not yet members. There is no budget associated with this group. The Secretariat function is carried out in-kind within Scottish Government by policy colleagues. No members of this group are remunerated.
