Please provide the minutes, transcript (if available) and video recording of the Scottish government's "ask the executive" meeting on June 28.

I attach a copy of some of the information you requested. The Ask Executive Team session on 28 June 2023 was not minuted however I enclose a copy of the transcript.
An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) applies to the information requested because it is personal data of a third party, for example the names of staff who are in grades below the Senior Civil Service. These names have been redacted from the transcript. I have not enclosed a copy of the video recording as personal data of a third party, for example images of staff who are in grades below the Senior Civil Service, appear throughout the entirety of the recording.
