I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. The scope of this request was understood to relate to correspondence between Scottish Government and COSLA, and between Scottish Government and local authorities (collectively) on the matters that relate to the home education guidance as published by Scottish Ministers; within the relevant time period. For ease of reference, Scottish Government guidance can be found here: Home education guidance - gov.scot (www.gov.scot).
Further to the information enclosed in my response, on 2 February Scottish Government published the Analysis Report for the home education guidance consultation, available on the Scottish Government website here: Home education guidance analysis report alongside the responses from local authorities as well as a range of organisations and individuals where permission was given to publish.
