“How many enquiries has Traveline Scotland received by year since its introduction, split by all its communications channels (email, telephone, Twitter etc)?”

Please see the attached file for a breakdown of Traveline Scotland telephone calls and website hits for the period 2001-2021. Traveline Scotland advise that there are no Twitter figures as they do not answer queries on Twitter but refer twitter users to their website, apps or call centre. About FOI
