Response
I attach a copy of spreadsheet with the results of Scottish Household Survey of the information you requested in point 1, with highlighted councils that were requested. We have not published data for 2021 yet, this will be available towards the start of next year. We do not hold data for the average car mileage in Scotland and per local authority as you asked in point 2. We only hold data regarding total traffic volume per local authority and for Scotland. This is published in Chapter 5, table 5.4 of Scottish Transport Statistics that can be accessed here Chapter 05 - Road Traffic | Transport Scotland.
