Scottish Rail Holdings Ltd: FOI release
Information requested
A copy of the Grant Agreement for train operations under nationalised ScotRail. The original framework/franchise agreement for Abellio was published so I see no difference in this agreement being available to the public.
I understand that grant payments have already been made to ScotRail Holdings and I would like to understand the terms within the agreement.
