How much compensation was paid to passengers each month by ScotRail under the Delay Repay guarantee over the past 5 years (from 2016-17 to 2020-21).
Response
ScotRail is required through the Franchise Agreement to provide a delay-repay scheme to passengers, which offers compensation when their journey is delayed by more than 30 minutes. Please see Annex A the information relating to the amount and value of settled claims from 2016/17 to 2020/21. Annex A
