“Copies of successful tenders in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000. I would like to make this request regarding ‘Invitation to Tender (ITT) – Reference SP-17-021 Framework Agreement for the Provision of IT Peripherals’”.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption under section (section 33(1)(b)) (commercial interests) of FOISA applies to that information.
