Telephony System 1. What is your current telephony system? Mitel 2. How many users of the telephony system? 590 3. When is the contract up for renewal? Not Applicable. The telephony is provided to us by the Scottish Government as part of a wider suite of ICT services 4. If it isn't a VoIP system, will that be a consideration for the next contract cycle? Not Applicable. 5. The email address of the primary contact for this contract? Not Applicable. 6. Current annual spend? No Direct Costs
Mobile phone contracts 1. Who is your current mobile phone provider? Vodafone - small number if residual EE Data Connections 2. How many mobile connections? 1191 3. When is the contract up for renewal? The Vodafone contract (call off from CCS contract) was extended to September 2020. TS operating through the Scottish Government Call off contract will have a new contract in place from the Scottish Government Mobile Telephony Framework. 4. How long do you contract for (24 or 36 months)? Scottish Government will determine the length of the contract, as they will be the awarder of the contract. 5. Crown Commercial Services frameworks 1. Do you procure through the Networks Services 2 framework? (RM3808 previously RM1045) Transport Scotland has procured through these frameworks previously. The Scottish Government have recently let a nw Mobile Telephony framework contract separate from the CCS contract, which Transport Scotland would use in preference to the CCS framework. 2. Do you procure through the G-Cloud framework? Transport Scotland ha used the G-Cloud framework for specific procurements; however as stated above, the Scottish Government have their own Mobile Telephony framework in place now.
