You asked for “the breakdown of the staff who work at Transport Scotland. I wanted to compare the numbers who works on road related projects, compared to public transport and active travel”
Response
The answer to your question is that, at the end of May 2019, a total of 454 permanent staff were working at Transport Scotland. Transport Scotland has 8 Directorates plus our Chief Executive’s Office. The breakdown of staff is given in the table below:
