Information requested

“Could you answer my Freedom of Information request regarding the maintenance of the trunk road network?

How many Observations Resulting from Inspection (ORIs) did Performance Audit Group (PAG) raise against each of the four Operating Companies annually over the last ten years?".

Response

Firstly, I would like to apologise for the review of your request being overdue as a result of it not being correctly allocated upon receipt.

Further to our email of 4 February 2019, I have now completed my review of our response to your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for FOl/18/03650.

I have concluded that a different decision should be substituted and that the response to your initial enquiry should have read as follows.

Details of the numbers of Observations Resulting from Inspection (ORls) raised by the Performance Audit Group (PAG) against the South East, South West, North East and North West Operating Companies annually over the last ten years can be found in Appendix A.
