Information requested
You asked the Scottish Government to provide all correspondence between the Cabinet Secretary for Finance & the Constitution of the Scottish Government and the Finance & Constitution Committee of the Scottish Parliament during the period from 1 January 2016 to 14 September 2018 that relates to (A) loans or loan facilities or (B) equity investments - proposed or made by the Scottish Government to / in third party organisations (non public sector organisations).
Response
With reference to your ongoing appeal with the Scottish Information Commissioner for FoI/18/02869, we have given further consideration to the information previously withheld and have determined that we were not entitled to withhold it and we are now releasing it in its entirety. Please find attached both letters sent to the Finance Committee with no redactions applied.
